MA, Registered Provisional Psychologist

As a Registered Provisional Psychologist, I am deeply committed to supporting individuals as they navigate their emotional and mental well-being. I aim to create a welcoming, empathic, non-judgemental space for clients to experience healing from whatever challenges life has thrown at them. I am passionate about helping individuals discover their inner strengths and resilience and empowering them to lead fulfilling and meaningful lives.

I currently work with adults, veterans, and teens 16+. My passions include trauma, PTSD, eating disorders, body image, anxiety, depression, OCD, self-esteem, motor vehicle accidents, and life transitions. While I tailor my sessions to each client’s unique needs, I draw primarily from Cognitive-Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-based techniques. I am committed to fostering a therapeutic relationship built on safety, trust and empathy.

I am honoured to be part of this profession, and I am genuinely dedicated to helping individuals improve their mental health and overall quality of life. Through collaborative and evidence-based techniques, I aim to assist clients in gaining insight, developing coping strategies, and fostering resilience. It would be my pleasure to be a part of your journey and I look forward to working with you.
