Fees & Billing
Fee Schedule
Our fees range from $200 - $235 per 50-minute session and align with the standards set forth by the Psychologists Association of Alberta. To read more about the Fee Schedule recommendations by PAA, click here.
We also offer reduced fee options on an as-needed and case-by-case basis. Please check with your counsellor about their availability and your eligibility for our Sliding Scale Program.
Health Benefit Insurance
We suggest contacting your provider to verify how your plan compensates you for counselling services.
We recommend asking these questions to your insurance provider to help determine your benefits:

Do I have a deductible? If so, how much is it?

Does my plan limit how many sessions per calendar year I can have? If so, what is the limit?
Payment
For your convenience, all payments are processed electronically through our clinic management software which means no more awkward waiting to pay your bill after an appointment.

For other benefit companies and the services of Canadian Certified Counsellors, receipts can be submitted for reimbursement from your provider.
Appointment and Cancellation Policy
Appointments are scheduled at 60 minutes. Of this hour, 50 minutes are allocated to you and your counsellor for therapy and the remaining 10 minutes to your counsellor for record keeping.
If you are unable to attend a session, please make sure to notify your counsellor at least 24-hours in advance so that other clients are given a chance to book it. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hour’s notice will be charged a Late Cancellation Fee.

Cancellations 12 - 24 hours before the appointment will incur a charge equal to 50% of your session fee.

Cancellations less than 12 hours before the appointment are considered no-shows and will incur a charge equal to the full session fee.
