About Me
Hi! I’m Sophie, and I’m often the first person you’ll connect with at our clinic. I understand that reaching out for counselling can feel like a big and sometimes scary first step, and feeling safe matters. My goal is to make that step feel as welcoming, supportive, and seamless as possible, whether you’re looking to book an appointment, request a copy of your invoice, or simply need information.
I have a bachelor’s degree in psychology and three years of experience in customer service, lending a diverse skill set to the role of Administrative Coordinator. Having worked as a Support Worker and a Research Assistant at the University of Calgary, I understand the importance of confidentiality and keeping your personal information safe.
In addition to taking care of our clients, I maintain smooth clinic operations to support leadership and our growing team of clinicians. This includes managing client records with care and discretion, coordinating communication, handling billing, and ensuring you can easily access the services you need.
