Currently accepting new clients.

You may have reached a point where the strategies that once helped you cope are no longer working. Perhaps you're feeling overwhelmed by anxiety, stuck in recurring relationship patterns, disconnected from yourself, or struggling to navigate a major life change. Maybe you've been carrying more than most people realize, balancing work, relationships, or simply the demands of everyday life. Whatever has brought you here, you don't have to figure it all out on your own.

We know that life doesn't always come with a clear roadmap. I work with adults and couples who want to feel more connected to themselves, their relationships, and the life they want to create. Many of my clients are navigating periods of uncertainty, feeling overwhelmed by life's demands, or noticing patterns they would like to change. Therapy offers a space to pause and gain a deeper understanding of what's beneath those experiences. Together, we create space to make sense of what’s happening, while building practical skills that help you move forward with greater confidence and clarity. My goal is that therapy leaves you with a stronger sense of self, healthier relationships, and greater resilience in navigating whatever comes next.

Therapy isn't about “fixing you,” but about helping you better understand yourself and move through life's challenges. I take a collaborative approach, combining curiosity, compassion, and honest conversation to help you create meaningful change.

A Typical Session May Look Like

The foundation of my work is creating a space where you feel comfortable being yourself. In our early sessions, I'll spend time getting to know you, your experiences, relationships, strengths, and what has brought you to therapy. My goal is to understand the bigger picture of your life so we can make sense of what's getting in the way and identify what might help. There isn't one right way to do therapy, and I don't believe every session needs to look the same. Some days we might dive into deeper emotions and patterns. Other days, we may focus on practical strategies, problem-solving, or navigating a challenge that's come up during the week. Sometimes we'll explore things through a specific therapeutic approach, and sometimes it may feel more like a meaningful conversation where you're able to process what's on your mind in a supportive, non-judgmental space. As we work together, we'll find an approach that fits you. Whether you're looking for insight, coping tools, a place to vent, or support through a difficult season of life, I aim to meet you where you are. My hope is that you leave sessions feeling understood, a little lighter, and with something valuable you can take with you into your everyday life.

Specialties

• Anxiety, Stress & Life Transitions: Anxiety and stress can leave you feeling stuck or overwhelmed. Together, we will explore what is keeping these patterns in place and develop practical ways to help you move through life's challenges with greater confidence and ease. • Relationship Challenges & Couples Counselling: Relationship challenges can be complicated, especially when partners feel disconnected or caught in recurring patterns. Couples counselling helps create a deeper understanding of one another, strengthen communication, and foster a more meaningful connection. • Depression: Depression can make it difficult to feel engaged in your life, relationships, and goals. Therapy offers a space to understand your experience and reconnect with what feels important to you. • Identity, Culture & Family Dynamics: Our identities are shaped by our cultural backgrounds, family experiences, and relationships. Therapy can help you navigate competing expectations, explore your sense of self, and make choices that feel authentic to who you are. • Acquired Brain Injury, Chronic Pain & Health Adjustment: Living with a brain injury, chronic pain, or a significant health condition can change how you see yourself and your future. Drawing on my rehabilitation experience, I support individuals in adapting to these changes while building a life that feels meaningful and manageable.

We Might Be A Good Fit If

• You're looking for a therapist who feels easy to talk to and creates a space where you can show up exactly as you are. • You often find yourself putting everyone else's needs first and want a place that's just for you. • You want more than someone who simply listens. You're looking for support, insight, and practical tools you can use in your everyday life. • You keep running into the same challenges in your relationships, emotions, or life and want to better understand what's underneath them. • You appreciate a balance of compassion and gentle honesty, and someone who will support you while also helping you grow. • You don't have everything figured out, but you're ready to invest in yourself and make meaningful changes.
