I am currently unable to accept new clients. Please consider one of my wonderful colleagues instead.

I work primarily with neurodivergent adults with ADHD, as well as clients experiencing anxiety and depression, body image concerns, perfectionism, shame, burnout, emotional dysregulation, and life transitions. Many of the neurodivergent adults I work with are trying to understand why daily life feels consistently overwhelming, and why parts of them often feel persistently disconnected or misunderstood.

This often shows up as carrying more responsibilities than feels sustainable, alongside difficulty with follow-through, consistency, and meeting ongoing expectations across work, relationships, and daily responsibilities. You may be experiencing chronic overwhelm, where periods of effort and progress are followed by exhaustion or burnout, making it difficult to fully recover or feel caught up. This can feel like working significantly harder than others seem to have to, while still not experiencing the stability, capacity, satisfaction, or ease you are seeking. Over time, this effort can become difficult to sustain, especially when strategies that once helped no longer feel as effective, requiring more time and energy just to maintain what used to seem manageable.

In our work together, we create space to slow things down, develop a clearer understanding of these patterns, and begin to reconnect with a more grounded, supported, and authentic sense of self.

A Typical Session May Look Like

Building a genuine therapeutic relationship is at the heart of my work. My intention is to create a space where you feel respected, understood, and supported as we work toward the goals and growth that matter most to you. Together, we can identify patterns that may be contributing to distress, while also recognizing the resources, capacities, and strengths you already hold. Our work may include building practical coping strategies, emotional processing, skill development, exploring relationship and attachment patterns, and strengthening self-compassion, all through a neurodivergent-affirming lens. We can explore what your neurodivergence means for you, make space for the full range of your emotions, attend to sensory needs and experiences, process lived experiences, and celebrate your strengths and achievements, while also addressing challenges that are often amplified in neurotypical environments. Where appropriate, I integrate psychoeducation throughout the therapeutic process to support a deeper understanding of yourself, including how systemic factors and neurotypical norms may shape, influence, or amplify your experiences as a neurodivergent individual.
